This page provides details on the Brand Reputation Mining (BRM) research project.

This study was a Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) project funded by Innovate UK (formally Technology Strategy Board (TSB)) in collaboration with the University of Liverpool’s Department of Computer Science and an industry partner in the field of digital marketing.


The software developed as part of this research project was a brand reputation mining system with dashboard interface.
