Advanced interfaces to search services

Design and development of a series of sophisticated client side interfaces to standard search web services was conducted. Primarily focusing on the SRU (Search / Retrieve via URL) standard. This work made use of asynchronous JavaScript, XML, JSON and related technologies. The interfaces developed increased the speed and ease of searching SRU databases. The framework developed allowed integration with Amazon or Google databases.
